• Trademarks
• Educational frameworks

are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Dr. Sandya Dsilva.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication.
• Avoid disruptive behavior.
• Refrain from sharing access credentials.
• Follow community guidelines where applicable.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Program Modifications

We reserve the right to change schedules, modify content, replace speakers, update curriculum, or reschedule sessions whenever reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Dr. Sandya Dsilva, Shiwalay Digital Pvt. Ltd., employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in any program.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Sandya Dsilva and Shiwalay Digital Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
